I have been taking 16 drops of the liquid Allimed, taken 3x/day (at meals) for almost three week, and I can already notice an improvement with my methane-predominant SIBO! My bloating is less, my bowel movements are more regular and complete, and my stomach/intestinal discomfort is reduced. This is saying a lot because prior to starting the liquid Allimed, I had completed a 21-day treatment with 100% elemental formula to reduce my SIBO, with minimal improvement. I had also tried Xifaxan (combined with the liquid Allimed) but I had to stop it since my body was not tolerating the Xifaxan.
